Article 1: General

By accessing the website https://www.themindrenewed.com.au ("the Website") or engaging in the coaching services, workshops, or digital products provided by Yohana Tobing (ABN: 13221634092) trading as The Mind Renewed ("we", "us", "our"), you ("the Client", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must cease using the Website and Services immediately.

Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Age restrictions apply: The Mind Renewed does not permit those under 18 to use the Service. We do our best to restrict access to our sites, products and services to minors. Even if the content of our products and services is not of a shocking nature, we prefer to target a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world.

Article 2: Description of Services

The Mind Renewed provides result-oriented life coaching specifically for women, including:

  • 1-on-1 coaching (Face-to-Face and Online via Zoom/Microsoft Teams)

  • Group workshops

  • Pre-recorded online coaching

  • Any downloadable digital products (e.g. PDFs, etc.)

Article 3: Coaching vs. Therapeutic Services

The Client acknowledges that life coaching is not a substitute for licensed counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or medical advice.

We do not diagnose or treat mental health disorders. If a mental health issue arises, the Client is responsible for seeking the care of a licensed medical or mental health professional.

Our services are provided in alignment with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics and the standards set by Authentic Education.

Article 4: Target Audience

Services are designed for women.

By engaging our services, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age.

You represent that you are mentally and emotionally fit to participate in coaching and that you take full responsibility for your life choices and actions.

Article 5: Payment and Billing

All prices are in [AUD] and must be paid in full prior to the commencement of services or as per the agreed payment plan.

We reserve the right to suspend services or access to digital content if payments are not made by the due date.

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, this includes pre-order products.

Payment can be made through any payment methods we have available, such as bank transfer or online payment methods such as PayPal.

Article 6: Cancellation, Rescheduling and No-show Policies

You must provide at least two (2) days’ notice to reschedule or cancel a 1-on-1 session without incurring a fee.

Cancellations made with less than 2 days' notice may result in the forfeiture of the session fee.

For coaching sessions (Face-to-Face/Zoom/Teams), the coach will wait for 15 minutes. If you have not joined the session within this time, it will be considered a "No-Show," the session will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided.

The risks will be your responsibility from the date on which the ordered products have left our premises. However, in the event of a lost package, we will do everything necessary so that you still receive your product or that you are reimbursed according to your warranty.

Article 7: Testimonial and User Content

If you provide a testimonial or feedback, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual license to use that content (including your first name and likeness, if provided) for marketing and promotional purposes on our website and social media.

Article 8: Confidentiality

We respect the privacy of our clients. Information shared during sessions will be kept confidential, except:

  • Where disclosure is required by law.

  • Where there is an imminent threat of harm to yourself or others.

  • Where you have provided written consent to share specific information.

Article 9: Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

While we provide tools and strategies for results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Results depend on your individual effort, implementation, and circumstances.

To the extent permitted by law, services and digital products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, other than those required by the ACL.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services in the six months preceding the claim.

Article 10: Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia and the Australian Federal Courts.
